Andy has built more than one of our kits, and the second one has handprints on it.

The first is a flame maple single cutaway in a warm tobacco finish, with the figure running right across the top.
The second is the one people will remember. A mahogany body, left largely natural, with his children’s handprints in white and a black heart below them.
A guitar kit is one of the few projects where you can hand a small child a paintbrush and still end up with a playable instrument at the end of it.
Beautiful work, Andy. The handprints will be worth more than the flame top in ten years.
Has anyone else in your house left a mark on your build?
